Requirements (원문) "• Minimum 3 years of experience from operational airline environments or similar complex, real time operational organizations. • Experience in crew control, crew planning, operations control, or equivalent roles (highly desirable). • Strong understanding of regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies related to flight operations and staffing. • Strong IT proficiency and confidence working in operational systems (experience with CMS or similar tools is an advantage). • Post secondary education in aviation, logistics, operations management, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish), written and spoken. Personal attributes: High integrity and strong sense of responsibility. Logical and analytical with confidence handling numerical data. Structured, process oriented, solution and result driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks in time critical, high-pressure situations.
