Responsibilities (원문) - Program Management: Executes program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and strategies; Plans the overall program and monitors progress to make sure that key milestones are being met across the various projects within the program; Maintains a fully integrated, cross-functional program view while balancing technical and business needs; Leads the development and continual refinement of program, project, and resource management protocols, tools and services; Analyzes, evaluates, and minimizes program risks, produces program status reports for management and stakeholders; Oversees multiple project teams and ensures that program goals are achieved; Works closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives; Facilitates the creation of business cases and/or project scope; Ensures adoption and implementation of appropriate program and project management methodology/ies, i.e. Waterfall, Agile; Advises and assists the project teams on the best use of program, project, and resource management disciplines. - Data & AI Strategy Execution: Provides expertise in the execution of specialized data and AI strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, business priorities, and technology roadmaps; Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data and AI strategies into actionable initiatives, driving adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes; Supports the identification, evaluation, and implementation of data and AI capabilities, frameworks, and solutions. - People Management: Coaches, mentors, motivates and assists the Project Managers; Maintains effective communication channels and networks; Assists in the recruitment, screening, and selection of department personnel. - Vendor Management: Sources/liaises with possible vendors arising from the project requirements; Manages relationships with internal/external suppliers, defines and documents requirements through RFP/RFI and SLAs; Develops vendor selection and evaluation criteria; Partners with stakeholders to define negotiation strategies; Liaises with third party to ensure delivery of outsourced product/service within agreed scope, quality, time and cost. - Safety Management: To participate actively in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards including CEB policies and procedures and by reporting all accidents, incidents and/or hazards. Requirements (Required Educational Background, 원문) - Graduate of Business, Economics, Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering from a reputable school. - Strong PM background (PM certifications a plus). - At least 5 years of relevant work experience. - Strong technical project management, leadership (influencing, communication – written and oral), and strategy and business management skills. - Highly analytical and with broad experience in managing cross-functional teams in a culturally diverse working environment. - Other Training/Certifications: Project Management; Business Process and Quality Improvement; Change Management; Basic Finance.
