What's The Role All About? (원문) - The SMS Administration Specialist/Officer assists the MGR - SMS Administration in planning, organizing, and administering the implementation of PAL SMS and measuring SMS performance to ensure continuous improvement and compliance to regulatory standards. Responsibilities (What You'll Do, 원문) - Manage and maintain the Safety Management Manual (SMM) and related written safety processes. - Administer the Safety Library (AQD), overseeing safety reports, hazard and risk data, and safety modules. - Review daily safety reports and conduct safety risk assessments in coordination with concerned departments. - Deliver SMS training programs (online and in-person) and provide SMS guidance across all levels, including executive leadership. - Lead safety promotion initiatives, including development of memos, bulletins, and campaign materials. - Coordinate with regulatory authorities (e.g., CAAP) to ensure compliance with safety standards and requirements. - Support risk management activities, including hazard identification, mitigation planning, and monitoring of safety performance indicators. - Provide safety oversight and SMS support for PAL Express operations. - Lead and manage safety projects and initiatives aligned with the organization's safety objectives. - Contribute to accident/incident investigations and preparation of safety committee reports and documentation.
