Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities, 원문) - Maintain security standards as per Company requirements. - Ensure effective threat assessment and response capability. - Achieve department goals and follow up. - Perform duties as per the Security Programme. - Maintain performance standards and follow up with your shift. - Monitor continuously the Quality System and the level of conformance. - Secure quality levels. - Control theft and pilferage of company property. - Ensure implementation of AEP Guidelines issued by Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA, Govt of India. - Ensure effective assessment & proper scrutiny of AEP application and supporting documents before submission to regulatory authority for TAE/BAEP. - To maintain files and log sheets. - Give inputs for training requirements. - Updating of manuals and local procedures. - Ensure competent and qualified work force are deputed for duty. - Verify Invoices. Requirements (Required Skills & Experience, 원문) - Communication Skills, Team Player. - Security Officer: Fresher / 0-1 years of experience in Aviation Security. - Security Executive: 1-3 years of experience in Aviation Security. - Senior Security Executive: 3-5 years of experience in Aviation Security. - Security Supervisor: 5-7 years of experience in Aviation Security. - Height Requirements (Mandatory): Female: 155 cms, Male: 165 cms. - Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC, Preferred Graduates.
