Mission Analyze and mitigate crew fatigue within airline operations using data analysis and biomathematical models, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the highest safety standards Tasks & responsibilities - Analyze crew schedules using biomathematical models to assess fatigue risk. - Review and interpret fatigue reports, identifying root causes and trends. - Collaborate with Crew Planning to optimize schedules and improve rest periods. - Generate monthly reports and present insights to senior management. - Monitor fatigue trends and propose mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and support audits. - Deliver training sessions on fatigue management and support biometric data projects related to fatigue Academic background - Degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical, Industrial, or related fields. - Additional training in Safety Management Systems or Human Factors is highly valued. Experience - Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation, safety, or data-driven operational roles, with exposure to data analysis, risk management, and operational environments - Knowledge in Power BI, Tableau and Python is highly valued.
