Training Analytics and Projects Manager Based in Budapest Purpose of the role The Training Analytics and Projects Manager is responsible for ensuring end-to-end alignment between long-term crew recruitment, training demand, and training capacity, supporting business growth with high efficiency, predictability, and cost control. The role acts as a central control tower, combining long-term recruitment and training planning, short- and long-term performance analytics, and targeted transformation initiatives to deliver a stable, scalable and cost-efficient training operation.
