Summary / Purpose
Lead the Medical Services Team in Munich and develop innovative healthcare solutions for the Lufthansa Group — with a focus on occupational, aviation, and preventive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking charge of Medical Services at the Munich location, providing disciplinary and functional leadership to your team while prioritizing diversity and our Leadership Next Level dimensions (Ambition, Responsibility, Empathy)
- Ensuring medical care in accordance with legal requirements, foster a supportive team environment, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and digitalization
- Providing support during crises and offer guidance on mental health, BEM, and prevention
- Training and continuing education of physicians and non-medical staff, as well as quality assurance, personnel planning, and collaboration with professional associations
- Individual examinations in occupational and aviation medicine, vaccinations, and outpatient care round out your responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- You have a degree in medicine with a German medical license and are a board-certified specialist in occupational medicine (m/f/d); additional qualifications, such as in internal/general medicine or aviation medicine, would be an advantage.
- You have at least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience and, ideally, leadership experience
