Summary / Purpose As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape and scale high-impact digital products within the Ops Digital Heartbeat initiative. Own complex systems, define architecture, and deliver modern cloud solutions. Drive data pipelines, analytics, and automation to improve decisions and execution through modular, iterative delivery Key Responsibilities - Integrating mathematical optimization engines and Generative AI capabilities into production-grade enterprise applications (key part of this role) - Design and implement end-to-end features across backend and frontend - Build and evolve scalable microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) - Develop high-quality frontend applications using Vue.js - Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams - Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability - Support and mentor other engineers through technical guidance and feedback. Minimum Qualifications - Core Skills: 5+ years of experience in software engineering; Strong expertise in Java and Spring / Spring Boot; Experience building microservices and REST APIs at scale; Solid frontend experience with React or Vue; Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Platform & Engineering Practices: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes; Experience with CI/CD and DevOps collaboration; Strong knowledge of testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end); Understanding of performance, security, and scalability principles - Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
