Summary / Purpose This job is a member of the Marketing team within the American Airlines Credit Union. The role is responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies and campaigns designed to meet the organizational goals and objectives, and promote advocacy of the Credit Union brand. Key Responsibilities - Work in a collaborative environment to develop year-long marketing strategies that support the business goals - Responsible for developing a partnership with product owners to cultivate promotional offers, along with positioning content for products and services offered by the Credit Union - Work with compliance and advertising agency to develop campaign disclosures and deliverables - Coordinate multi-channel marketing and advertising projects, and develop timelines to successfully implement campaigns on-time - Utilize performance results of various campaign strategies in order to provide solutions for retaining and enhancing existing portfolios and attract new business - Manage automated campaign programs - Perform other duties as assigned - The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.
